Programs
Where do you host your programs?
We host our programs either by renting an accommodation independently or by working together with a coliving accomodator, meaning we are location-independent. Do you have an idea of where to go next? Let us know!

Are there any prerequisites or qualifications for our guests to join?
Yes, our program caters only to entrepreneurs and people who aspire to be entrepreneurs. If this doesn't apply to you, feel free to reach out to discuss your options together.

Yes, our program caters to entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs.

Do you offer online programs as well?
We prefer organizing in-person programs as this is beneficial to building relationships and individual attention. We might extend our offering to the online realm in the future.

Can your programs be customised to fit the specific needs of participants?
We always try our best to create the perfect program(s) for our participants. Do let us know when you have something specific in mind.

Booking
How can I enroll in your program(s)?
For private customers:
You can book our program(s) on our booking page or through our contact form.

For corporate customers:
Let us know:
- in which month(s) you want to book our program(s),
- the type of program(s) you want to book,
- the number of participants, and
- the location.

What is your cancellation policy?
For private customers:
· More than 2 months before start: full refund
· Between 2 and 1 month(s) before start: 70% refund
· Between 1 month and 2 weeks before start: 30% refund
· Within 2 weeks before start: no refund

For corporate customers:
· More than 3 months before start: full refund
· Between 3 and 2 months before start: 70% refund
· Between 2 and 1 month(s) before start: 30% refund
· Within 1 month before start: no refund

Be aware that we use the day number of the month as a reference point. Example: the program starts on the 25th of March. Thus, 1 month before means the 25th of February. Also, this visualisation might help.

Do I have to make a pre-payment?
For private customers:
· On booking: 30% down-payment
· 1 month before start: last 70% is due

For corporate customers:
· On booking: 30% down-payment
· 2 months before start: next 40% is due
· 1 month before start: last 30% is due

Be aware that we use the day number of the month as a reference point. Example: the program starts on the 25th of March. Thus, 1 month before means the 25th of February. Also, this visualisation might help.

Why do you ask for a pre-payment?
We work with a pre-payment to ensure your booking is serious and to be able to fund preparations for your booked program(s).

When is my booking final?
After we have received your pre-payment, your booking is considered final.

Do you provide any ongoing support or resources for program participants?
We are in the process of building an online community where you can get support from us and fellow (past) participants.

What is your pet policy?
As much as we would love to welcome all pets, we must follow the policy of the accomodator we cooperate with. In other words, it depends.
